Industrial Flooring & Polished Concrete

These two types of floor are often confused, as they are similar in a number of ways. Industrial Flooring generally refers to a concrete floor in a warehouse type environment experiencing heavy use 24/7.

Polished Concrete is a similar product and process, but generally refers to a more decorative finish used to complement an internal space in a commercial environment, when aesthetics are important.

  • Fibre Suppressant

    HATCRETE Fibre Suppressant is a natural coloured dry shake material used to suppress the appearance of steel fibres in the surface of the polished floor. For use in heavily trafficked warehouse floors where strength and durability are paramount.

  • Industrial Floor Hardener

    A coloured version of the Fibre Suppressant, used to highlight areas or bays when required in any industrial floor setting.

  • Industrial Quartz

    Generally specified for commercial and domestic concrete floors. Industrial Quartz is the more decorative product in the HATCRETE Dry Shake range. Available in over 20 colours, it improves the aesthetics of any internal floor and increases surface strength and abrasion resistance.
